1. What we collect

• Account data: your email and display name at sign-up, or via Google/Apple Sign-In. You can also browse as a guest without an account.
• Location (while in use, with your permission): to show places near you and verify your visits. If you decline, the app falls back to a country-level approximate location.
• Content you post: your ratings, reviews, and photos of places — this is public content shown to other users under your display name.
• Limited technical data: basic operational logs for security and stability.

2. What we never collect

Bank card or account numbers, contacts, messages, or background location. We use no advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To show nearby places, compute Q Scores, verify visits, and display your reviews to others. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Third parties

• Google Places: we import public information about places (name, address, place photos) to enrich content — your personal data is not sent to Google in this process.
• Third-party sign-in: Google and Apple provide us only your identifier and email for login.
• Hosting: our own servers, delivered via Cloudflare (HTTPS transport only).

5. Public content & safety

• Your reviews and photos are public content; think before including personal information in them.
• We provide report and block tools, review reports, and remove violating content.
• Any AI-generated or AI-summarized content is clearly labeled.

6. Storage & security

HTTPS-only transport, hashed passwords, and tokens in secure device storage. Your account data is isolated; only your display name and posted content are public.

7. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.
