رتّبها — سياسة الخصوصية
تطبيق رتّبها (من إصدار شركة AAinAi) يساعدك على تنظيم فواتيرك وضماناتك واشتراكاتك ومواعيدك ووثائقك، والتذكير بمواعيد الاستحقاق. نحترم خصوصيتك ونجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات.
١) ما نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك (اختياري) عند إنشاء حساب.
- المحتوى الذي تضيفه: العناصر (فواتير/مواعيد/وثائق)، المرفقات (صور/PDF)، التذكيرات.
- بيانات تقنية محدودة: سجلّ استخدام مجهّل (عدد الأحرف/نوع العنصر) بلا حفظ نصّك الكامل.
٢) ما لا نجمعه إطلاقاً
أرقام البطاقات أو الحسابات البنكية، موقعك الجغرافي، جهات اتصالك، رسائلك. ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات.
٣) كيف نستخدم بياناتك
لتشغيل التطبيق فقط (حفظ عناصرك، جدولة التذكيرات، تحليل ما تختار تحليله). لا نبيع بياناتك.
٤) الأطراف الثالثة
- التحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي (اختياري، بموافقتك): عند تفعيله، يُرسَل فقط النص الذي تختار تحليله إلى مزوّد معالجة سحابي (OpenAI) لاستخراج بطاقة منظمة. لا نرسل شيئاً بلا تفعيلك وموافقتك، ولا نحفظ نصّك، ويمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت. (سياسة OpenAI لا تستخدم بيانات الـAPI للتدريب افتراضياً.)
- الاستضافة: خوادمنا الخاصة، والاتصال عبر Cloudflare (ناقل HTTPS فقط، بلا تخزين محتوى لديهم).
- المدفوعات: تُدار عبر Apple App Store / Google Play فقط؛ لا نستقبل بيانات بطاقتك.
٥) التخزين والأمان
نقل عبر HTTPS فقط، كلمات المرور مجزّأة (Argon2)، والتوكنات في مخزن آمن على جهازك. بياناتك معزولة لكل مستخدم.
٦) الاحتفاظ والحذف
تحتفظ بياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً.
🗑️ حذف بياناتك
يمكنك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات): حذف كل البيانات أو حذف الحساب نهائياً — فيُزال كل ما يخصّك من خوادمنا. أو راسلنا لطلب الحذف:

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً.

Privacy Policy
Rattibha — Privacy Policy
Rattibha (published by AAinAi Company) helps you organize your bills, warranties, subscriptions, appointments, and documents, and reminds you of due dates. We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and optional name.
- Content you add: items, attachments (images/PDF), reminders.
- Limited anonymized usage metadata: character count / item type, without storing your full text.
2. What we never collect
Bank card or account numbers, location, contacts, or messages. We use no tracking or advertising SDKs.
3. How we use it
Solely to run the app (store your items, schedule reminders, analyze what you choose). We do not sell your data.
4. Third parties
- AI analysis (optional, with your consent): when enabled, only the text you choose to analyze is sent to a cloud processing provider (OpenAI) to extract a structured card. Nothing is sent without your activation and consent; we don't store your text; you can disable it anytime. (OpenAI does not use API data for training by default.)
- Hosting: our own servers, delivered via Cloudflare (HTTPS transport only, no content stored by them).
- Payments: handled solely by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never receive your card details.
5. Storage & security
HTTPS-only transport, Argon2-hashed passwords, tokens in secure device storage, and per-user data isolation.
6. Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists.
🗑️ Delete your data
From within the app (Settings) you can delete all data or delete your account permanently, removing everything of yours from our servers. Or email us to request deletion:

The app is not directed to children under 13.
