1. What we collect

• Account data: your email and optional name at sign-up, or via Google/Apple Sign-In. A guest mode is available with no data at all.
• Content you add: documents, attachments (images/PDF), fields, tags, folders, and workspaces.
• Extracted text: when you upload a PDF we extract its text locally on our servers to enable search.
• Limited technical data: basic operational logs for security and stability.

2. What we never collect

Bank card or account numbers, location, contacts, or messages. We use no tracking or advertising SDKs.

3. How we use it

Solely to run the app: store your documents, schedule expiry reminders (delivered as local notifications on your device), and search your content. We do not sell your data.

4. Third parties

• Smart extraction (optional, with your consent): when you request "extract data", only the selected document is sent to a cloud processing provider (OpenAI) to extract its fields. Nothing is sent without your explicit consent, and you can simply not use the feature. (OpenAI does not use API data for training by default.)
• Third-party sign-in: Google and Apple provide us only your identifier and email for login — we access nothing else in your accounts.
• Share links: if you create a public share link for a document, anyone with the link can view it — you control creating and revoking links.
• MCP connector (paid plans): if you create a personal access token to connect an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your documents, access is read-only, uses your own key, and can be revoked at any time.
• Hosting: our own servers, delivered via Cloudflare (HTTPS transport only).
• Payments: handled solely by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never receive your card details.

5. Storage & security

HTTPS-only transport, Argon2id-hashed passwords, rotating tokens kept in secure device storage, and optional two-factor authentication (TOTP). Your files are isolated per user on our servers.

6. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleted items pass through a trash you can empty permanently.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.
